Single Layer Aluminium Heat Shielding

This high-performance Single Layer Aluminium Heat Shield is designed to protect critical components from extreme heat in high-performance environments. Made from 0.5mm (0.020″) thick aluminum, it’s lightweight, flexible, and capable of reflecting up to 80% of radiant heat while withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F).

Ideal for shielding exhaust systems, turbochargers, and engine bay components, it’s easy to cut and shape for custom-fit protection in any application.
